 Este videojuego para la Nintendo DS fue lanzado en 2007 en Japón bajo el nombre de Habitación de los deseos: Memorias del Ángel.  Esta aventura gráfica es a la vez una novela interactiva.

 El juego transcurre en 1979, en el Hotel Dusk. Nuestro protagonista es Kyle Hyde, un antiguo policía de Nueva York convertido en vendedor que busca a su antiguo compañero, Bradley, quien por razones desconocidas traicionó a la policía. En este hotel conocerá a varias personas que esconden su pasado. Con la ayuda de Rachel, la secretaria de su jefe, Kyle descubrirá los secretos de estas personas a la vez que descubre el gran misterio que guarda el Hotel Dusk.

 Algunas de las personas que encontrará en el hotel son Dunning Smith, el malhumorado dueño del hotel; Louie, un antiguo carterista al que Kyle detuvo varias veces en sus tiempos de policía; y Mila, una misteriosa joven que no puede hablar.

 La jugabilidad es excelente. Podrás manejar a Kyle, moviéndolo por el hotel, interactuando con los personajes y objetos, eligiendo la opción que creas correcta durante las conversaciones y resolviendo puzzles, sacando el máximo provecho de la pantalla táctil. En algunas ocasiones, dependiendo de las decisiones que tomes durante el juego, pueden echarte del hotel, acabando en la pantalla de game over y dándote la opción de reintentarlo desde donde fallaste o salir al menú y volver a jugar desde donde guardaste la partida por última vez.. Ésta última es la mejor opción, ya que si te pasas el juego sin que te salga la pantalla de game over, después de los créditos puedes ver una escena extra.

 El guión es extraordinaio, la música es genial y los gráficos son simplemente maravillosos. Los personajes son entrañables e inolvidables y la trama es intrigante. Una vez os hayáis pasado el juego, os recomiendo que volváis a empezarlo, pues podréis notar ligeros cambios en el guión y otros detalles. Este juego tiene una secuela, de la que os hablaré en otra ocasión.

 The game takes place in 1979, at Hotel Dusk. Our main character is Kyle Hyde, a former police detective from New York turned into a salesman that is searching for his old partner, Bradley, who for unknown reasons betrayed the police. On this hotel he will meet several people who hide their past. With the help from Rachel, his boss' secretary, Kyle will find out their secrets while he founds out the great mystery that lies within Hotel Dusk.

 Some of the people he will meet on the hotel are Dunning Smith, the hotel's grumpy owner; Louie, a former pickpocket that Kyle arrested several times when he was a policeman; and Mila, a mysterious young girl that can't talk.

 The gameplay is excellent. You will control Kyle, moving him around the hotel, interacting with the characters and objects, chosing the option that you think is right during the conversations and solving puzzles, taking full advantage of the touch screen. Sometimes, depending on the choices you make during the game, you can be kicked out from the hotel, ending on the game over screen and giving you the choice to try it again from where you failed or to exit to the menu and play again from where you saved last time. This last one is the best choice, since if you pass the game without getting a game over, you can watch an extra scene after the credits.

 The script is extraordinary, the music is awesome and the graphics are just wonderful. The characters are endearing and unforgettable and the plot is intriguing. Once you pass the game, I recommend you to start it again, since you will notice slight changes on the script and other details. This game has a sequel, of which I will talk to you another time.
