 Clinton Jammer es un artista canadiense nacido y criado en Port Perry, Ontario. Interesado en el arte desde los 3 o 4 años, no se dedicó en serio a la pintura hasta los veintitantos, cuando asistió a un seminario en Alaska. Desde entonces, ha desarrollado su talento siendo autodidacta y aprendiendo de sus errores.

 Influenciado por la naturaleza, utiliza su pintura para expresar su pasión y apreciación por la vida salvaje y la naturaleza. Mediante sus cuadros de animales y paisajes pretende, además de contar una historia, provocar un sentimiento y ayudar a proteger y preservar el entorno natural.

 Clinton Jammer is a Canadian artist born and raised in Port Perry, Ontario. Interested in art since he was 3 or 4 years old, he didn't approach painting seriously until his late 20's, when he attended a seminar in Alaska. Since then, he has developed his talent through self-taught and learning from mistakes.

 Influenced by nature, he uses his paintings to express his passion and appreciation for wildlife and nature. Through his paintings he hopes, besides telling a story, to elicit a feeling and to help protect and preserve natural environment.

 Mañana, 24 de Noviembre, empieza la temporada de caza de lobos en Minnesota. Cientos de lobos morirán. Por eso, os pido vuestra ayuda una vez más para salvar a estos magníficos animales que los cuentos pintan de malo, pero que en realidad son víctimas de la crueldad humana.

 Por favor, firmad esta petición para pedirle al governador Mark Dayton y al Departamento de Recursos Naturales de Minnesota que detenga la caza de lobos por deporte. Esta barbaridad sólo se le ocurriría a los humanos. Que los animales no pagen por la falta de compasión y sentido común en nosotros.

 Tomorrow, November 24th, begins the wolf hunting season in Minnesota. Hundreds of wolves will die. Because of that, I ask your help once more to save these magnificent animals, that tales portray as bad, but actually are victims of human cruelty.

 Please, sign this petition to ask Gov. Mark Dayton and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to stop sport hunting of wolves. Only humans would come up with this barbarity. That animals don't suffer because of the lack of compassion and common sense on us.

 Entre Noviembre de 2001 y Marzo de 2002, Marvel Comics publicó una serie de seis números sobre el origen de uno de los superhéroes más famosos de la editorial: Logan, el hombre-x canadiense más conocido como Lobezno. Esta serie está escrita por Paul Jenkins, Bill Jemas y Joe Quesada; e ilustrada por Andy Kubert y Richard Isanove.

 La historia trata sobre Rose, una chica huérfana que es enviada a la mansión de John Howlett para hacerle compañía a su hijo James, un chico enfermizo. Rose se hará muy amiga de James y Perro, hijo del señor Logan, un empleado que odia al señor Howlett.

 A través de Rose veremos a Lobezno crecer y convertirse en el hombre que conocemos. La historia es interesante y está muy bien escrita, con un tipo de dibujo que la acompaña a la perfección. Si queréis conocer el origen de este increíble superhéroe no os lo penséis más y haceros con esta serie de cómics, que podéis encontrar online.

This series is written by Paul Jenkins, Bill Jemas and Joe Quesada; and illustrated by Andy Kubert and Richard Isanove.

 The story is about Rose, an orphan girl who is sent to John Howlett's mansion to keep his son James, a sickly boy, company. Rose will be very good friends with James and Dog, son of Mr. Logan, an employee that hates Mister Howlett.

 Through Rose we'll see Wolverine grow up and become the man we know. The story is interesting and very well written, with a kind of drawing that goes perfectly with it. If you want to know the origin of this incredible superhero don't think twice and read this comic series.
